I had the honor to receive these teaching from Master Goswami Sunyata Saraswati who learned from Tsampa Yeshe Norbu Rimpoche of the Norbu Tanka Lingka in the Tibetan Monastery of the Nine Fire Dragons, Kathmandu Nepal.
The workshop is 2 full days. You will experience and learn how to activate the flow of energy in your body. You will receive a manual and a certificate of completion.
